About the property…..

The Old Sefter School was the original school for the village of Pagham. First opening in the 1825, it served as the village school until 1951 when Rose Green Junior School was opened. For many years after the school was used as a business premises, serving mainly as a curtain factory. Sadly in the late 90s the building was gutted by fire, resulting in it being re-imagined as a residential property in the early 2000’s.

The house is a spacious and airy semi-rural property, boasting great views of the South Downs and on a clear day The Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. It has great links to the village of Pagham being a short 2 min drive/bus journey. Pagham boasts four great pubs serving excellent food, beers and wines, as well as being a stones throw from both Pagham Beach and Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve. There are bus stops directly outside the property allowing you easy access to Chichester, Goodwood and The Witterings (10-15 min drive) and Bognor Regis (10 min drive).

The property sleeps a maximum of 8 consisting of three large downstairs bedrooms (two are equipped with two single beds, which can be turned into doubles if required), family bathroom, breakfast/games room and a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
